Terms and Conditions for jlssss — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to jlssss. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and jlssss ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jlssss website at https://jlssss.best, along with all associated services, products, and features.

By registering an account on jlssss, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

jlssss is operated as an online sports betting and gaming entertainment platform serving Philippine adult members. All services are provided in Philippine pesos (₱). These Terms are written in Philippine English so that our members can read and understand them without needing a lawyer — but if any part is unclear, please contact our support team at support@jlssss.best before you proceed.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jlssss, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jlssss does not permit registration or play by persons under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing jlssss from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming of this nature is lawful.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your real and accurate personal information. Proxy registration or acting on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended jlssss account. Only one account per person is allowed at any time.
• You have not been excluded from jlssss through a previous self-exclusion request that remains in effect.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of jlssss, nor a close family member of any such person, unless separate written approval has been granted.

jlssss reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. If verification requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe, access to the account — including deposits and withdrawals — may be restricted until compliance is confirmed.

3. Your Account

When you register with jlssss, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Account security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlssss login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone — including family members and friends.
• Any activity that occurs on your jlssss account using your correct login credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact jlssss support immediately at support@jlssss.best.
• jlssss will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. Any such communication claiming to be from jlssss should be treated as fraudulent.

Account verification

jlssss may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before activating full account features including withdrawals. Verification may include submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other supporting documentation. Accounts with incomplete or failed verification may be restricted until compliance is achieved.

One account rule

Each member may hold only one active jlssss account. If jlssss identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances, bonuses, and pending bets may be voided at jlssss's sole discretion.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on jlssss, across all sports, esports, and casino game categories.

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from jlssss. Any bet placed without confirmation has not been accepted.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or cashed out unless the Platform expressly offers a cash-out function for that market.
• jlssss reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed will be settled in accordance with the postponement rules applicable to that competition, as set out in the specific market terms shown on the Platform.
• Winnings are credited to your jlssss account balance after official settlement. Settlement timelines vary by competition and market type.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These are displayed within the relevant market before you confirm your stake.
• jlssss does not accept bets placed by Members who have knowledge of a match result or other information not publicly available at the time of betting.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jlssss may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Members. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to Members who have completed account verification.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Member, per household, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. The required wagering amount and qualifying markets are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when both are present in an account, unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
• jlssss reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bets already placed under promotional terms will be settled under the terms in effect at the time of placement.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, matched betting using promotional funds in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer, or circumventing bonus restrictions — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and account suspension.

7. VIP Club

The jlssss VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme that recognises consistent responsible Members. The following rules govern VIP Club participation:

• Tier progression is based on qualifying activity on jlssss and is calculated automatically. Specific tier thresholds are available on the VIP Club page.
• VIP Club benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• jlssss reserves the right to remove a Member from the VIP Club or adjust their tier if prohibited conduct is identified, including but not limited to account sharing, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• VIP Club benefits are not a form of guaranteed income or contractual entitlement. jlssss may modify tier thresholds, benefits, or the structure of the programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected Members.
• VIP status does not reduce or override a Member's obligations under these Terms or under any responsible gaming restrictions applied to their account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlssss and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one jlssss account, or assisting another person to register in a manner that circumvents the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using jlssss for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal activity under Philippine law.
• Placing bets using inside information — including knowledge of a match result, fix, or other information not available to the general public.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software that interacts with jlssss in a manner not sanctioned by the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or misconfigured odds on the Platform. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or cooperative play in live casino games in a manner intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without their permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any jlssss staff member or other Member through any communication channel.

10. Privacy and Data

jlssss collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by jlssss is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. jlssss does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

jlssss takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system is entirely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@jlssss.best immediately.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlssss Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, odds data, and game content — is the property of jlssss or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works of any jlssss content without express written permission from jlssss. Unauthorised use of jlssss intellectual property may result in legal action.

The jlssss name and brand are not to be used in any communication, website, or marketing material that is not authorised by the Platform. If you participate in the jlssss Refer a Friend programme, specific usage guidelines for referral communications apply and are set out in the Refer a Friend terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlssss is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from bets placed on the Platform, including losses attributable to your own assessment of outcomes.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions that prevent access to the Platform or affect bet placement.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from use of jlssss.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlssss's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and jlssss does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to jlssss services.

13. Account Closure

Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your jlssss account at any time by contacting support@jlssss.best. Pending bets will be settled at the correct result. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable promotional restrictions) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

Closure by jlssss

jlssss may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Confirmed duplicate account activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, jlssss may withhold balances associated with the breach pending investigation. Real-money balances unconnected to the breach will be returned to the Member after the investigation concludes, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

14. Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, or you have any other dispute with jlssss, please follow this process:

1. Contact the jlssss support team at support@jlssss.best within 30 days of the disputed event or transaction.
2. Provide your account reference, the date and details of the disputed bet or transaction, and a clear description of your concern.
3. jlssss will acknowledge your dispute within 3 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days of receiving full information.

jlssss's decision on disputes relating to bet settlement is final where it has been made in good faith in accordance with the applicable betting rules and these Terms. Disputes relating to account closure, balance calculations, or payment processing will be reviewed separately by the appropriate team.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

15. Changes to These Terms

jlssss may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, legal requirements, or business practices. When material changes are made, jlssss will:

• Display a notice on the Platform or within your account dashboard.
• Send an email notification to your registered address where the change is significant.
• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jlssss after a change to these Terms has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

Minor corrections — such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not affect Member rights — may be made without formal notice.
